We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vaultora.ads@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
